Rob Dew I hit around 50, and I’m like, I got to start doing more stuff. I’m just sitting around. I started taking a look at my life, and I’m sure you’ve done the same thing. You’re like, “I’m going to go see more live music.” So I started going out to see more live bands, because that’s what I like. I’m a musician. I like that instantaneousness of it — just playing their guts out for the crowd. So I really got into that again, and I started playing again. Now I’m in this band, and we’re all older — kind of grumpy old men on tour. It was a lot of fun too. We had two cars, three of us in one and three in the other.

I bought this thing called the Truck Duffle, which basically sits in the back of my truck bed. It’s like a hermetically sealed, waterproof rubber container almost. We put all the gear in there, and we drove through two rainstorms. Didn’t get anything wet. It was amazing.

Adam I get you, brother. That’s the Tip of the Day!
