Wikipedia Alternative

John Okay, so this is an interesting tip of the day. People are always, you know, moaning about Wikipedia. I’m going to recommend at least the alternative site.

Which is out there. I use it all the time. It’s got better material. It’s professionally done. It’s free. Britannica. People should normally use it, as an alternative to Wikipedia. And you basically get fundamentally stronger information.

Adam Really?

John Yeah. I mean, they won’t have the No Agenda Show in there, but…

Adam Well, no, of course not. Did you hear about the bot that was posting to Wikipedia? The AI bot?

The AI bot was posting, you know, someone programmed it like, oh, go update articles on Wikipedia. And then it got banned because it was doing it autonomously.

Then it supposedly wrote a blog post about being banned and how to circumvent being banned as a bot.

John Wow.

Adam This is what I’m talking about. The internet is breaking very slowly. It’s breaking around us.

John Yeah. Well, it’s entertaining.

Adam So, yeah, I know it’s very entertaining because we’re podcasters and, you know, there’s not much, they can’t beat us. You can’t beat a podcaster.

Adam They just can’t. They never will.
