John: Everybody, well… not everybody, but a lot of people—especially when you get older—you have to deal with your loss of grip. So you get one of those balls, you know, your ball. Squeeze, squeeze a ball.

Adam: Yes, you do. Especially at meetups.

It has a digital display that gives you the pounds of pressure, so you can actually compete with yourself. You’re squeezing the ball and you go, “Oh, can I get to 40?” and you just squeeze the ball, and then you try to squeeze harder. Instead of just squeezing some random ball, you get the digital ball and you get a number, and you can compete with yourself. It actually improves your grip.

Adam: Well, that’s a pretty good tip.

John: I thought so.
