John C. Dvorak: If people want to collect some art for their wall, don’t buy a poster or anything like that. Instead, go to BenGarrison.com, where you can find prints from the cartoonist Ben Garrison. He sells high-quality prints of any cartoon he creates, and they’re really well-produced. I’ve bought two of them myself.
Adam Curry: That sounds great! Are they signed?
John C. Dvorak: Yes, he’ll sign them for you. For example, I had him sign one with “For the best podcast in the universe” along with his signature.
Adam Curry: That’s going to be worth something someday! What are his prices?
John C. Dvorak: The prices vary, but you can get most of them for around $44.
Adam Curry: Wow, what size are they?
John C. Dvorak: They’re a decent size—around 7 by 7 inches. I don’t have the exact measurements for my original art, but it’s not small. The originals can be quite expensive, so these prints are a great option. You can ask him to sign it with a personal message, like “Hello Bill” or whatever you want. Just make sure to mention that you heard about him on the No Agenda show.
Adam Curry: So if your name was Frank, you could get one that says “Hello Bill”?
John C. Dvorak: Exactly! Just make sure to mention that you heard it on the No Agenda show, because I think he should be listening, even though I bought prints from him. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t.
